We hope you love your purchases, however, we understand that things do not always work out. We are happy to accept returns that have not been worn and have all tags and labels attached. If we believe that the item has been damaged or worn, we will return the item to you with no refund. In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on earrings, hair accessories or underwear unless the item has been proven to be of unsatisfactory quality.

 

If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to let us know you will be returning this item.  All items that are sent back MUST be posted via registered mail.  Any item that is not sent via registered mail and becomes lost in the post will not be credited.

 

We aim to refund your credit/debit card within 14 days of the return being received.

 

 

Quick Return Checklist!

  1. Make sure the item is brand new, perfect condition and has all tags attached with receipt of purchase.
  2. Email us at help@heavenandearthclothing.co.uk or call us at the H & E Boutique on 020 7468 6090 to inform us that you will be returning the item.
  3. Send the item with receipt via registered mail within the 14 day frame to:  Heaven and Earth Clothing, 216 – 217 Tottenham Court Road, London W1T 7PT or bring it yourself to the boutique with your receipt.  You must also provide the credit/debit card that was used to purchase the order online.

Orders paid for using Paypal cannot be returned to the store.
